1.     Present Address Proof: (Any two)

a.     Aadhaar Card

b.     Telephone (Landline or post-paid mobile bill) {Current & 1 year old}

c.     Electricity bill (Current and 1 year old)

d.     Proof of gas connection

e.     Election Commission photo ID card

f.  Spouse's passport copy (First and last page including family details), (provided the applicant's present address matches the address mentioned in the spouses passport)

g.    Photo Passbook of running Bank Account (Scheduled Public Sector Banks, Scheduled Private Sector Indian Banks and Regional Rural Banks only)

h.   Certificate from Employer of reputed companies on letter head (Only public limited companies on company letter head with seal and signature)

i.      Parent's passport copy, in case of minors(First and last page)

j.      Registered rent agreement

k.     Income Tax Assessment Order

2.     Date of Birth Proof: (Any one)

a.     Birth Certificate

b.     School Leaving Certificate/Matriculation certificate

c.     Aadhaar Card/e-Aadhaar

d.     Election Photo ID card

e.     PAN Card

f.      Driving License

3.     For Non-ECR passport: Matriculation or Higher Educational Pass Certificate

4.     For Government/PSU/Statutory Bodies Employees:

a.     Annexure H – Prior Intimation Letter (if Pre-Verification)

b.     Annexure G - NOC (if Post-Verification)

c.     Annexure A – Identity Certificate (if No Verification)
